Los miembros est\u00e1n elegidos \u00fanicamente entre los socios, permanecen en su cargo durante tres ejercicios sociales e pueden ser reelegidos. Seg\u00fan establece la tradici\u00f3n del Nobil Collegio, el Presidente tiene el t\u00edtulo de C\u00f3nsul Camarlengo y los Asesores el t\u00edtulo de C\u00f3nsules. El Vicepresidente, elegido en el Collegio seg\u00fan prev\u00e9 el art\u00edculo 24 de este Estatuto, tiene el t\u00edtulo de Primer C\u00f3nsul.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 13<\/strong><br \/>El Colegio de Concejales est\u00e1 compuesto por tres miembros titulares y dos suplentes.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 14<\/strong><br \/>El Colegio de Contralores est\u00e1 compuesto por tres miembros que pueden elegirse tambi\u00e9n entre los socios honorarios.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 15<\/strong><br \/>Il Console Camerlengo, i Consoli, i Sindaci ed i Probiviri saranno eletti dall\u2019Assemblea Generale dei soci. Articolo 36 Non sono eleggibili alla carica di Sindaco, o, se eletti decadono dall\u2019Ufficio i parenti e gli affini dei componenti il Consiglio Direttivo sino al quarto grado e coloro che abbiano con il Nobil Collegio degli Orefici un rapporto continuativo di prestazione d\u2019opera retribuita (art.2399
